If you are a culinary expert and have had experience with the general management of a kitchen restaurant, then you are just the right person to be the head chef aboard our river cruise ship. The head chef is responsible for all the budget and inventory of kitchen supplies/ingredients, over-seeing the preparation/cooking of all meals, and supervision of the kitchen staff. It is also very crucial that the head chef is in compliance with HACCP and all other hygiene regulations of the kitchen aboard the vessel.
