CHEF DE PARTIE: POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Do you have a love for cooking and the culinary arts? The chef de partie is a great way to demonstrate your culinary abilities, as well as gain more experience with the overall preparation of full course meals by working alongside the head chef. Under the guidance and supervision of the head chef you will responsible for the preparation and presentation of all meals. Your duties will also include the tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen area, as well as checking inventory upon delivery.
